Warm greetings! I specialize in working with young adults navigating life transitions as well as those who have been impacted by trauma. While I utilize several evidence based modalities including EMDR, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the core of my practice is a person centered approach and believe in the power of having a positive therapist/client relationship.
