We create a non-judgmental and compassionate environment to promote self-compassion and self-worth. We offer registered dietitian and mental health therapy appointments. We have in-person sessions at our Carmel and Lafayette offices and virtual if you reside in Indiana during the appointments. We are a gender affirming, trauma-informed treatment facility. We work with clients to meet their individual needs, and these clients may have disordered eating patterns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, stress, an eating disorder, and other mental health or nutrition concerns that may or may not have a formal diagnosis. Our team utilizes intuitive eating and Health At Every Size principles and are weight inclusive.
